Ordering

What hat size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides.

Make sure to measure your head before making a purchase to ensure you are selecting the correct size. Just like shoe and clothing sizes, everyone has a unique head shape and size, which is why we offer a range of sizing options, along with adjustable sweatband on some of our styles.

Can I cancel or update my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please contact us at hello@ivy-ozzie.com with your order number, within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style/size or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at hello@ivy-ozzie.com with your order number, within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to update your address if your parcel has already been shipped.

Where do I find my order number?

After you made your purchase we send an order confirmation email, which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all your inboxes, including junk/spam folder!

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

We ship worldwide and offer free shipping on US orders over $75. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Where can I track my order?

Once your purchase is shipped we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. The email is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all your inboxes, including junk/spam folder!

Can I exchange or return my order?

We accept exchanges of items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery date. Exchanges are allowed for variants only (selecting a different color or size of the same product).

We have a 14-days free return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We accept returns for store credit of items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery date.

Products & Care

Is the jewelry water resistant?

Water generally does not damage sterling silver, occasional showers shouldn't cause too much damage. It’s the harsh chemicals you expose your silver jewelry to that can damage it (chemicals in soaps or other hygiene products, chlorine...).

For gold vermeil and gold plated jewelry, frequent contact with water, soap, or chemicals can speed up the process and cause the gold layer to fade sooner.

We advice to avoid prolonged exposure to water, because it can permanently alter your pieces. Both sterling silver and gold vermeil can last for years with proper care.

Is the jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes! We use sterling silver as base material for all our designs, so yes, all our pieces are hypoallergenic! For the most part 925 sterling silver uses copper as its alloy, as copper itself is also a hypoallergenic metal.

Wearing our jewelry is more than fine if you have sensitive skin or ears, please note that this does not applies if you are allergic to silver.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

With regular, gentle polishing, most sterling silver and gold vermeil pieces will hold up incredibly well over the time. Here are some advice on how to care for your jewelry:

  • gently clean your jewelry regularly: using a polishing cloth
  • wear it often - believe it or not, your skin’s natural oils will help keep your jewelry shiny
  • avoid harsh chemicals: including substances with additional sulfur like household cleaners
  • store your jewelry properly: store your jewelry away from other pieces, this is key to help prevent scratches, damages, and tarnishing

Just remember to take proper care of your jewelry, and avoid prolonged exposure to water.

How do I take care of my hat?
  • To remove any dust, sand, or dirt, use a soft bristled brush or a very lightly dampened cotton cloth
  • Lightly steam the area to soften the straw if your hat become bent or dented
  • Use your hands to mold the hat back to its original shape. Let air dry; do not use a blowdryer.
  • Always handle your hat by the brim, not the crown
