Refund policy


RETURN FOR REFUND

We have a 14-days free return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return and ship your order back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@ivy-ozzie.com or log into your customer account.

Once we receive your request, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

STORE CREDIT 

We accept returns for store credit of items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery date.

 

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges of items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery date. Exchanges are allowed for variants only (selecting a different color or size of the same product).

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us to request a return of the item you have, and once the return is accepted and received, we will ship your new item.

 

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If an item is returned to us damaged or defective we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy: 

  • Discounted items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged and are considered final sale.
  • Returned items without tags and/or not returned in original product packaging won't be accepted
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Items returned damaged won't be accepted
  • If items have not been mailed back in that time period, the return will be automatically voided
