Refund policy



RETURN FOR REFUND

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and undamaged

  • In their original condition

  • With all tags attached

  • In original product packaging

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@ivy-ozzie.com or log into your customer account.
Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

We recommend reviewing products descriptions and hats sizing carefully before ordering.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of its approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: 

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider

RETURN SHIPPING

U.S. Orders
We offer complimentary return shipping for eligible returns within the United States. A prepaid return label will be provided.

International Orders
International returns are subject to a $35 return shipping fee. A prepaid return label will be provided, and the fee will be deducted from the refund.

Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs charges are non-refundable.

 

STORE CREDIT 

We accept returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery, provided items meet our return condition requirements.

 

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery, for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability).

To ensure the fastest processing, please contact us to initiate a return. Once the original item is received and approved, we will ship your replacement item.

 

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If an item is returned to us damaged or defective we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy: 

  • Discounted items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged and are considered final sale.
  • Returned items without tags and/or not returned in original product packaging won't be accepted
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Items returned damaged won't be accepted
  • If items have not been mailed back in that time period, the return will be automatically voided
